BZ49410: Missing tomcat-juli.jar in tool-wraper CLASSPATH.

Fixed by aligning toolwrapper scripbt closer with
catalina script (not only for the juli jar).

The jar is now needed, because the classpath manifest entry
for it has been removed from bootstrap.jar in order to support
per instance juli.

It seems the tool-wrapper is only used for digest generation.
If so, we could drop it and keep a much simpler digest script.
I don't know any other use cases for the tool-wrapper.

Cleanup JDT vs. ECJ:

- Replace "jasper-jdt.jar component" with "Eclipse JDT Java compiler"
  in license texts

- Add JDT version to our ant version filter
  and replace explicit version in release notes file with version tag

- Replace "jasper-jdt.jar" by "ecj-*.jar" in generated documentation.
  I assume people know what we mean by "ecj-*.jar".
  We shouldn't maintain detailed versions in those pages. Alternatively
  running them through the filter means either adding maintenance by
  keeping the file list up-to-date or much overhead by running all of
  them through the filter.
  Renaming the ecj-*.jar to simply ecj.jar or ecj-3.jar would hide
  the full version from the interested observer.

Include major.minor version numbers into the name of the registry key used to autolaunch Tomcat Monitor at Windows startup. This allows Tomcat 7 monitor to be installed and run in parallel to the Tomcat 6 one.

Moved the JSSE code to separate package. Added a bunch of workarounds to support harmony/android, there seems to be a problem with the ciphers.
Probably the code will go away after I add APR support - too many problems, in particular SPDY can't be implemented as it relies on SSL protocol negotiation.
For now it mostly works on android.

Remove the 'integration' - ObjectManager and wrapping of DI frameworks. Lite is just a library/connector - doesn't need it, instead will integrate
it with existing tomcat JNI model. I may add it back for an example of using tomcat-lite standalone, but for now it's better to avoid confusion.
