Set colors per calendar (Request #7480).

Start adding the ability to set a default server. This adds and
hooks up some outlets and UI elements, stops autoconnected to the
first listed server, adds "None" as the first option in the popup,
but nothing is remembered (yet).

Fix path names for xcode ignore files - wildcards won't work when
the pattern already includes a directory seperator as it now does
since moving to a single, root,  .gitignore file.

Implement deleting a server from the server property panel

The _imp_authenticate api method is required for authenticating via
any of Horde's rpc servers.  Looks like it got dropped somewhere
between the last commit in CVS and the import into git.

Michael, I'm assuming this was not intended?

Remove cruft - add the export controller as a delegate for the
server list NSTableView

Start work on a server list panel for deleting and possibly editing
existing server configurations.

Attempt to add Autocompletion to event form.
The ajax works, returns the results, populates the _results div
but for some reason, the div is not made visible.

Spacing

Don't assume the dom id of the results node should have the
resource id tacked on at the end.

Don't forget to tag new events.

Move the toggle function to panel.inc since we won't necessarily have
any tags (so we wouldn't have attached the tagactions).

Compress the tagactions.js script

Attach the 'add' action to the tagger input box. Adding tags now
work from the calendar panel.

Obviously the CSS needs some work, UI suggestions welcome.

More work on tagging.

Better dom ids for the tagging nodes, pass the resource id to the
autocompleter so we can (eventually) filter out existing tags on
the item when presenting autocompletion choices.

Some initial work on putting an autocomplete text field for adding
tags in the calendar panel. Obviously needs work, but it's a start.
(Autocomplete works, but 'add' button does nothing yet).

This adds tagging to the event edit form, deletion of tags from
the view panel and other tweaks.  Still need to add via panel and
calendar form.

Don't use the calendar/event property forms for adding/removing tags.
(At least for now)

Plus some more phpdoc and formatting.
